Where there are two builds, one for the non-Subscription update and one for the R2/Subscription update, the Subscription build is shown second.

You need to install each Hotfix separately (it's possible that a "Hotfix" may be included in a future "Update").
Hotfixes are independent and usually address specific bugs. For example, if you are installing "Update 2", you do not need to install "Update 1" first. "Updates" (often referred to as "Update Release", "Web Update" or "Service Pack") are cumulative - you only need to install the most recent one. You need to have Revit installed before applying Updates and Hotfixes. Revit " support requests" are submitted via Subscription Center.
